Hey everybody! Happy Valentine’s Day! If you placed an order, please keep in mind tomorrow is President’s Day and the Post Office is closed. All orders from the weekend will ship first thing Tuesday morning, 2/16/21.

Just a little something before I get busy for the day. No matter what you’re ordering or who you order from... $5 purchase or $500.. PLEASE be kind to your sellers.. we’re all doing the best we can to get everything you want to you the quickest and safest way possible. Life everywhere has been interrupted by COVID-19 at every turn and once the packages leave our hands there’s little we can do. Shipping speed and tracking is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been blessed with wonderful customers and I think I can speak for all sellers when I say we appreciate your patience more than you can imagine. USPS is completely inundated with packages (which I expect is an unprecedented amount of shipping due to everyone home and shopping online + the holidays) every single one of my packages since Monday has been marked Arriving Late.. even local shipments..and carrier tracking is whacky. If you ordered more than 24 hrs prior and your ShipStation tracking from me still says ready for USPS, PLEASE check the actual USPS tracking page. I’ve been dispatching packages twice a day. No orders placed before 4pm EST are sitting around. I know it’s frustrating but just the nature of the beast at the moment. Cristina

Note to Our Customers Hey Everyone! I know it’s been a while. I hope everyone is doing okay during this COVID madness. As a lot of you know most of our suppliers are located overseas. This has made stocking inventory increasingly difficult due to manufacturing delays and increased freight costs. My concern was that between raised rates from both suppliers and shipping companies, I was not willing to raise my prices for the end user (you guys!). I am currently working on a fu...ll restock of ZISS, EBO-Aquaristik (order has been placed and is pending), and Nature2Aqua Clay Products (our standard brown caves and fry hides). Due to low inventory I have had to increase hours at work to subsidize the shop overhead during COVID. I apologize for any delays in communication.. it’s been a bumpy few months to say the least. But I’m here, still kickin’, just forced to slow down. (BOO! No one likes that haha) We will also only be stocking dry goods. There will be no live fish imports for now as I have no help at the shop. FOR CUSTOMERS PLACING DRY GOOD ORDERS: Please note that the suggested delivery time for USPS Priority is not something they’re accomplishing at the moment based on my shipments over the past month. Unless the packages have been sent to my neighboring states, they are not arriving in 2-3 days. Please do not panic.. it’s on its way to you, it’s taking more like 5-7 days currently for priority from drop-off to delivery (unless you're super lucky haha). Please make sure to check for your tracking e-mails from me. I appreciate all of you, I look forward to bringing you guys new stuff this coming Fall and through the New Year.
