Quick Update: Good Smoke in East Rochester suffered a small kitchen fire Thursday night. It happened in the overnight hours when nobody was in the building, so thankfully no one was hurt. As best we can tell it was a pilot failure on our flattop / range. The fire was contained to that piece of equipment so there was no structural damage to the restaurant, just some smoke and water issues. A special thanks to the East Rochester Fire Department and all the first responders fo...r fast response. They are true heroes, literally running into burning buildings. We are working hard getting the space cleaned up and cleared by authorities. We are tentatively looking at reopening Thursday, but things are dynamic, so we will keep you posted.
