Yes, it's true. Too much coffee is not good for your teeth. Amongst other things, coffee is very acidic which can weaken your tooth enamel. This can cause your teeth to become thin and brittle. So, keeping your coffee intake to a minimum can be helpful. And if you do decide to do a post-drink toothbrushing, make sure to wait 30 minutes as to not weaken tooth enamel further. #coffeelovers #dentistry #healthyteeth #nycdentist #onecupaday
