Hello Facebook Family, We know everyone is anxious for visitation to reopen - we are too! We are doing our best to make that happen as soon as possible. Right now visitation is scheduled to reopen on December 23rd. However, per NYSDOH directive, any new case we may have during that time would restart the two week period. As you can see this is an ever-changing situation, but we will do our best to update you on the current reopen date as it changes.

Caregivers, your loved ones need you this year. One of the best ways to support them is by making sure you stay healthy, too.

Stay hydrated! Seniors can easily become dehydrated during the winter.

** Covid-19 Update ** October 23, 2020 Our visitation continues with the same procedures and protocol. Please remember we can only allow 2 visitors per appointment slot. We currently have no resident Covid-19 cases. ... As a reminder, we are still collecting any mask donations that come to the facility. We can launder and reuse the cloth masks for our residents and will take donations of medical grade masks for our staff. Thank you for thinking of GrandeVille! ** Covid-19 Update ** October 16, 2020 Thank you to all the visitors who have helped us make a seamless transition to indoor visitation. We appreciate your patience and adherence to the regulations. ... As a reminder: 1) Masks must be worn by everyone AT ALL TIMES. Anyone who does not comply will be asked to leave. 2) Residents are allowed two visitors per appointment slot. This number is dictated by the directives we receive from the NYSDOH. Please help us to stay in compliance. 3) All weekend appointments must be made by Friday at 8pm. No exceptions. This allows us to plan accordingly for weekend staffing.
