Today’s Props included @meltmethod melt roller great for opening up the body in so many ways! @eggweights these 1.5 each weight are great to add to stretch and strengthen the shoulder girdle @ballance_intelligent_bodywork This Ballance (double white balls) System is amazing and opens up the body in ways like never before for me!
