Just finished this basement in Chester, New York. What was supposed to be a hide out for Mom and Dad has most likely become the kids' new room. We added 1,200 square feet of livable, comfortable and well thought out space. I get along best with customer's that can share in my OCD. We framed all the interior walls, new plumbing for an additional bathroom, new electrical, added an additional zone for heating, insulation so overboard they probably won't even touch that heat t...hermostat. A gym area for mom and dad to decompress after a long day at life, and a living area that's probably become the new living room. A last minute wet bar was added just so there was no reason to really go upstairs... Rough plumbing, framing and electrical inspections completed in the first 2 weeks. Total project completed in 42 days with building inspector's nod of approval.

Since this pandemic started, I have been bombarded with more work than I could ask for. Just like everyone else in the trades, I've noticed a surge in calls for new kitchens and bathrooms. I'm embarrassed to admit, that I noticed the quality of our work go down as we worked 80 plus hour weeks to get more work done. As a small business owner, I can tell when our economy is flourishing. I've also witnessed it plummet! It's almost like the government is handing out free money..... Basement sales have been up 50% this year. My phone hasn't stopped ringing. Homeowners are spending, buying, upgrading, enhancing and adding on! This too shall pass, until then, how's about an addition over the garage or adding 1,800 sq ft of space in that old musty basement.

What was once a small cramped and outdated bathroom, is now a spacious retreat for the master suite. A mixture of past & present design elements ensures a timeless look in the future.

The Corona Bathroom... When Mrs. Diva helps design her masterpiece with materials from big box stores, we still make it look custom and unique. All this and Mr. Diva gets his ohhh so wanted shower seat ... I can't emphasize enough how important it is when designing a kitchen or bath, to incorporate a timeless look. After all, who really wants to go through another remodel 10 years from now.... A classic look with a modern twist. Retro tile, sleek contemporary quartz counters, and top of the line plumbing fixtures all finished off with a custom shower enclosure. This master shower is sure to be in style, even when it's "outdated".

The Corona Kitchen.. My mother couldn't keep me from cutting school to go to work, Cuomo sure as hell doesn't have more authority over me than my Mama. The customers on this one had 51% of the design influence. They know my style, so they made it crystal clear that they didn't want it look overly Italian... This project was a complete overhaul. We installed temporary walls to completely reframe the structure, removing partition walls, load bearing walls, and relocating... the windows and patio door. Custom Kraftmade cabinets rest on the Italian porcelain floors(they don't know this), finished off with Cambria Brittanicca counters and a custom herringbone backsplash. Mom gets her ohhhhhhhh so needed accent island, functional with seating and fashionable, and Dad gets yet another appliance gadget so he can check if the milk is bad from his smart phone. Nothing but kitchens and bathrooms lined up until March of 2021. Thank you all for the business and loyalty!

We finished these 2 bathrooms in Washingtonville, N.Y. just before the quarantine went into effect. A new basement bath for Dad, and Mom's new masterbath. I hope that you are all safe and healthy. I think I'll call this one "The Belmont". What was once 2 separate, outdated rooms, is now an overly spacious, well designed luxury master bath. I love when homeowners have experience with construction & design and test the limits of my craftsmanship. We planned for this project to have a subtle focal point, before adding a few more details which seem to battle for victor of Le Centerpiece.... Porcelain all throughout with a Carrara Marble waterfall as the planned feature. Our one of a kind signature shower niche, and streamline bathroom floor that flows into the shower with a custom Schluter Curb-Less Shower System. Pictures don't do this one justice... This year instead of buying my wife something for Valentine's Day, I decided to make her something. A few weeks ago she asked if I could paint the dining room.... So I leveled the old 200 year old subfloor, installed a hardwood natural oak floor, took down the old plaster walls and put up new drywall, built custom wainscoting, new trim, new accent lighting and then I painted.... The Latest Master Bath What was once an outdated and underutilized soak in tub, is now a custom walk in - sit down shower. Porcelain all around with a unique vanity finished off with another Greater Horizon shower niche. If I could copywrite perfection, you know they'd let me ... We're booked wayyyy into 2020. Nonna's Trattoria... Just finished up this kitchen in Valley Cottage, N.Y. We opened up the space by removing the builder's partition wall between the kitchen and dining room. A unique travertine floor is the base of the canvas, topped with Kraftmade cabinets and finished off with custom granite counters and a one of a kind "forever" table / island, where Nonna is sure to do some major food prepping and hosting future Polenta parties. The average kitchen consists of about 12 - 15 cabinets and multiple moldings and accessories. When properly crafted and assembled, these cabinets should look like one solid piece of furniture. This is Nonna's new showcase.

The kids new bath! Bath time will no longer be a chore for mom or the kids. With wavy porcelain subway tiles on the wall, and porcelain on the floor, clean up is a breeze. No more puddles on the floor with these #Kohler shower doors. As many bathrooms as I do, it's always a pleasure doing something new and not so ordinary. Onto the next...

No Problems, Only Solutions.... A total and complete overhaul on Mom's masterbath / spa. We removed the unsightly partition walls and relocated all plumbing fixtures to give this once boring bath, a more open and modern spa like ambience. A picture perfect, picture window delivers the first rays of the morning sun. The 2 sided in-wall fireplace completes the evening as you lay in your state of the art BainUltra tub, embraced by floor to ceiling ledgestone.... This bath has all the bells and whistles, from heated floors to color changing lights in the tub. Even a "hands free" toilet. Projects like this make me love my job, that much more!

I almost got divorced over this one... And committed. The 1st of 2 baths on Sky Drive.... A design that was a bit out of my element. What was once an outdated, impractical bath, has been completely overhauled. All plumbing fixture locations were relocated to create a more sensible design. Floor to ceiling tile radiate a spa like feel, with top of the line accessories to finish off a very simple, yet modern and sophisticated look. Porcelain all throughout, with a custom vanity topped with quartz. That mirror... that's the Rollz Royce of mirrors.
