Our hearts are broken tonight. A fire broke out in the barn...several beloved animals, including a couple of pigs, most of the goats and all of the birds, peris...hed. The Seabrook family is still processing the devastation, but they are also scrambling to provide care for the animals who survived. Thankfully the dogs, horses, donkeys, alpacas and camel were outside when the fire broke out, and two of the pigs and the small animals were safely inside the house. The family is now set with a generator, thank you so much for all the kind offers! Over $5000 worth of hay also burned, plus the other animal feed, all the tack, tools, and the family’s car. Any amount you can donate would be welcome. Hay and food for the surviving animals needs to be purchased quickly. At this time, the fire marshals are asking that the public not come onto the property, so monetary donations are the best/fastest way to help out.
