Greene County Transit continues to provide transportation by appointment for qualified rides. We will continue to support needed transportation appointments for passengers that need a ride from our route location for destinations to Grocery stores (Limited Stores), Essential Employment, and Non-Emergency Medical Appointments. A face mask must be worn at all times inside the vehicle. Please keep in mind all appointments must be made on the day before the ride is needed and cannot be changed while in route. Thanks for helping us limit the exposure to COVID-19. Be well.

Hello friends of Greene County Transit. We hope you are all well and staying healthy during this challenging time. We have recently received a new recommendation from our friends at the CDC. All passengers riding public transportation should not enter the vehicles without a face mask to protect themselves and others on the vehicle. Face masks can be handmade or purchased. As of today, April 15th it remains a protective recommendation. We will keep you posted if it changes. Thanks and be well.
