Wapsie Valley ear corn has done very well for us the last 6-7 years much higher sugar content and everything from the deer to the cows like it better. Its just ...dang hard to get ears 14-15 inches long from hybrid!!! One customer who buys corn from me to grind into pig feed remarked to me that a ton of wapsie op is worth way more to him then a ton of hybrid cause of the higher nutirent value... "I feed non-GMO and open pollinated corn to my hogs. Undigested corn in the manure isn't found like before. We also noticed they clean up the open pollinated corn better. They hands down prefer it. We have had better conception and healthier piglets. Their coats are bright and shiny.
