This could be me at the airport (its not) and currently I am not at airports. But practicing tai chi, qi gong, yoga or simply pranams (postrations) this tends t...o be me when "killing" time alone in waiting areas before take off. Apparently nowaydays this is becoming more "acceptable"... but in the old days, yes old days, I was frowned upon, not adhering to social norms, whispers, stares. About yesterday's Yin Yoga class. Thank you beautiful peeps for turning up for yin practice last night! We moved slowly, settling in, releasing, and then tunin...g in and listening to ourselves. In line with the time of the metal element, I asked a few guiding questions during practice to help tease out the essence (the ore) of each and everyones experience of 2020 ... first question was about the losses you might be mourning; second question was about any qualities, insights, resources you might thave gained during the last ten month.
