Special shoutout to Nicolé & Lori for today’s recipes Maple Lemonade 1 1/4 C sugar 1 C lemon juice... 3/4 C orange juice 1/4 C Maple Syrup Directions ~ Combine in a 2 Quart pitcher & fill with water **************************************** Grilled Fruit Maple Glaze 1/4 C brown sugar 1/4 C Maple syrup Directions ~ Mix together & baste on fruit Grill or Broil for approx 5 mins on each side (rebaste when you flip)

*Maple* Glazed Salmon 1/4 C Maple Syrup 2 TBS Soy Sauce 1 Garlic Clove (minced)... 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper 1 lb Salmon Directions ~ In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt & pepper Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish & coat with syrup mixture Cover the dish & marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork

Maple Dip 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened) 1/2 C Granulated Maple Sugar 8 oz Cool Whip... Directions ~ Mix cream cheese & maple sugar together Fold in cool whip Serve with fruit and / or pretzels *if there’s any left make sure to keep refrigerated*

Maple Oatmeal Cookies 3/4 C butter (softened) 3/4 C Maple syrup 2 eggs 1 tsp Vanilla extract... 1 1/2 C flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 3 C rolled oats (not quick oats) 1 C chopped nuts, raisins or chocolate chips (optional) Directions ~ preheat oven to 350 mix butter & syrup on medium until creamy add eggs & vanilla, mix until combined in a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt slowly pour flour mixture into the butter mixture & mix on low until combined fold in oats & optional ingredients drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets bake 10-12 minutes or until they are a light golden brown let cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet, then move to a wire rack to cool completely store in airtight container Happy Tuesday
