The Queen of Kindness! Laura Goffio might be one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. She is the first point of contact for our toll-free customer service line here at Guaranteed Returns (GRx.) In May, Laura celebrated her 10th work anniversary. She began as a processor in the warehouse and with hard work and dedication, Laura moved up the ranks to join the customer service team reporting to ToniAnn Meadows for the last 8 years. Laura decorates the office for holidays year...-round, making the office festive and fun. Before a 3-day weekends, she spoils her teammates and prepares a breakfast of pancakes, bacon, eggs and sausage. She’ll be the first to chip in for a gift and the first to ask if she can help when she sees someone multi-tasking and racing through the office. If you need anything from tinfoil to tinsel, Laura probably has it in her desk drawer. With her kind heart and extraordinary customer care, she makes us a better company.
