I love what I do. I love that I was called to this purpose. Lately life has been incredibly heavy. The resistance.... the pull... the unknown. Have you felt it too? I then remember what it feels like to offer space to face these feelings. ... To face the dark. To face whatever we may be fighting. And to dance it out on the mats in our asanas. I remember what it feels like to feel the emotional shift in the room at the end of class. The light seeping through our fingertips as we grow our tree poses. The surrender in our hearts as we open our whole front side of the body in camel pose. This space. This practice. This journey. I will offer it for as long as I can in this beautiful and challenging life. Move with me tomorrow morning on the mats at buff&flo 8AM Fire Flow in studio 2.
