The school's PTO brainstormed ideas on how they could get the students reading more and that's how the Bookworm vending machine was born. It's stocked with books and if students receive a gold coin for good behavior, the book is theirs to keep. Engleman just hosted its lasted Read-A-Thon. So far, they've raised more than $13,000 for more books in the vending machine.... Great Job! Love Seeing How Inchy Can Inspire Great Things!

Anytime you can get students excited about learning, especially reading, it helps with those deficits that we, unfortunately, are facing due to [COVID-19]. Said Principal Dendy, speaking on the impression the book vending machines have left on his elementary school.

Logan Middle School cut the ribbon on the new addition to their schoola custom Inchy the bookworm with their school’s mascot and colors on it, filled with a plethora of age-appropriate books.
