Homeowners must renew their property tax benefits by March 15, 2021 https://www1.nyc.gov/site/finance/benefits/landlords.page The season for homeowners to renew their property tax benefits has begun. All initial and renewal benefit applications must be submitted to the Department of Finance (DOF) by the March 15, 2021, deadline.... The law requires that the Senior Citizen Homeowners' Exemption (SCHE) must be renewed every two years and the Disabled Homeowners' Exemption (DHE) must be renewed every year. Homeowners are encouraged to renew online (e-file). If property owners have questions about the renewal applications, please contact the Department of Finance at [email protected], or call 311. https://www1.nyc.gov/site/finance/benefits/landlords.page

Learn how to access up to $40,000 in loans to pay for eligible pre-construction expenses! Join the NYC Mayor's Office of Sustainability as we explore resources available to owners and managers of properties that are 5,000 to 25,000 sq ft (roughly 5-25 units). Through the Retrofit Ready Webinar Series participants will learn how to get started on energy and water conservation work, break down barriers, and increase internal capacity to support retrofits. We recognize that building decision makers are struggling with competing priorities such as their financial capacity and pending building repairs. These primary items of concern need to be addressed before pursuing energy projects. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/retrofit-ready-webinar-series-
