Each and every weekend the Hamptons is starting to look like Spring. This is great news it means a few more weeks until we welcome our wonderful tenants to the Hamptons for a wonderful summer.

Hampton House Advisory: Hampton House Properties is aware of the corona virus that has entered the United States and are implementing extra safety measures. Here at Hampton House Properties we strive to make sure that you will enjoy your wonderful family vacation in the Hamptons. We want to insure that you are safe while on vacation.... This year we are providing hand sanitizers to each house. We are asking that guests please wash their hands frequently and signs will be posted to that effect. We are also working very closely with our cleaning stuff to promote good health measures. We will be disinfecting everything no matter how large or small, in particular door knobs and handles of all sorts. We will also be providing fresh sanitized comforters after each guest to insure extra safety. We will be using disinfecting wipes, bleach and other cleaning supplies to make sure that the house is spotless and germ free for your Hamptons vacation. We will be providing the proper cleaning supplies to every home and ask that you use these prudently. Please advise our office two weeks prior to your arrival if you have been to any infected countries such as the following countries in the past 45 days: Iran, Italy, China, Korea as well as others which may be listed in the months prior to your arrival. On a positive note, Hampton House Properties is certainly the best healthy choice for your summer vacation. We want to advise our guests that when traveling to our home you can be assured that the property has been well taken care of. We strive to provide our guests a sanitary and safe environment. Hampton House Properties wishes to make your vacation an enjoyable one. If you need anything during your vacation, please do not hesitate to ask.
