It's already October. But for us that means the real start of #hikingseason. Cooler temperatures, beautiful Autumn colors and warm drinks. Our idea of a good time. Hanuman Health Club has never been about exercise for the sake of exercise. Our focus since day one has always been about encouraging our members to get out in the world and experience it. Use the gym to improve the quality of your life not to make it your life.

The keys here: change your levels, change your angles and use your eyes. Actively set them on the points you are looking to trying to stretch. Don't just stretch for stretching sake, stretch like your trying to reach for something.
