Road Work Update: Posillico pushed us off again to the week of the 23rd. Work will be done same days of the week weather permitting again.

Hi Neighbors, The Road construction that was scheduled for the week of July 9th is now rescheduled for the week of July 16th. It is anticipated that the milling will be done on Tuesday the 17th and the prep work done on Wednesday the 18th and the paving done on Friday the 20th. We are trying to accommodate garbage pickup on Monday and Thursdays. The paving contractor Posillico Corporation has informed us that they need to push us back one week due to other commitments. The en...trance of Road will be tentatively closed on Tuesday the 17th and Friday the 20th from the hours of 8 am. to 5 pm. The road will be passable on the 17th for emergencies if needed but use of the access road would be preferable so as not to disturb the workers. The road wont be passable at all on the day the paving is done. All of these dates of course are subject to change ie weather etc. We are anticipating placing signage on the road to keep all of you updated. Please plan ahead accordingly as the access road could be backed up a bit with traffic and also while some of the low spots are being filled in. We will be trying to provide an area where cars could pass as opposed to backing down and waiting for vehicles to pass. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
