Update on Covid-19 and Hargo. We have made the decision to use the Pickup window only for your parts needs. Please call the staff @607-238-3611 with your model ...or part number and an associate will be happy to look your parts up and pull them for a quick flowing process. We continue to accept service calls. As a reminder our Technicians are using safety protocols and need customers 6 feet away. Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, Hargo wanted to assure all of our customers that we will continue to be here for your service and parts needs. We have made many adjustments to ensure we are following by CDC recommendations. Our technicians will be using face masks, gloves, and shoe covers. They will be wiping down their work area, keeping safe distances away and using proper hand sanitizing techniques. Questionnaires and information are being discussed at time of setting u...p service, calling for time frames, and when technicians contact customers. Our parts store also remains open. As a precaution, we have increased our refrigeration parts and added a parts pick u window to make for a safer transaction. We ask that you call ahead with your model number or part number so our staff can reserve it for you or if needed, have the part transferred in. The store front is open and we are continuously cleaning to ensure safety. If the decision is made to close the store front, then we will inform you, but we will keep the pickup window open and staff will remain available by phone for your parts and service needs. Our current hours are Monday through Friday 8:30- 5 and Saturdays from 9am until 1pm.
