As promised the NXCub is starting its national tour and will arrive in the Northeast on or about 9/18/19 and if that sounds cool, then seeing and flying the NXC...ub should be on your short list of things to do. Join me at the Saratoga County airport (5B2) and see just exactly what the craze is all about. You too can do backcountry, but before the NX makes its way here, it has a big stop at the Reno Air Races and the STOL Drags. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSM2HYFRVTo Every XCub can now be configured for either nosewheel or tailwheel operations depending on the owner's preference. The landing gear can even be swapped back and forth between nosewheel and tailwheel configurations depending on the mission requirements for the airplane. The XCub was designed right from the start to accommodate both types of landing gear. Each setup has its own advantages for sure, and both versions are robust enough to handle almost anything the backcountry has to offer. ITS ON! Folks we have been given the use of Harris Field (83K) which is just East of Glens Falls. Its South of Basin Harbor but not real far. It works better... for those from the Southeast. Traffic is right hand for runway 4 and left hand for 22. Please do not over fly the homes west of the field. We will be on 122.9 We will have a Grill there, table chairs etc. etc coffee, donuts, hamburgs, hot dogs etc etc for the lunch crowd. We hope all will attend and look forward to a great event.
