I can't say enough positive things about Shakeology. We have been using it as a meal replacement for over 2 years now and love the fact that it gives you so much nutrition in a single glass. I can totally tell the difference in my energy levels, alertness, and general well-being if I miss a day.

I used to be a cardio addict but have done a complete 180 and now do more weight/resistance training than any other activity. I do 3 days weights training, 1 day heavy cardio, and 2 days body weight resistance & flexibility training.
