What a blessing these ladies are!!!! This is the three year anniversary of our Widows Program. Renel came to Jason and asked if we could help some widows he kn...ew in his area. We started with seven ladies. Then he asked if we could add a few more and we increased to twelve. Now we have twenty! I would love to add more if God allows. Brother Renel as they call him, passed out reading glasses this week because a second box arrived. I wanted them to be able to read their Bible and being over forty I know reading glasses are a must! Renel led them in worship and prayer and then we passed out their monthly food. They all got a bag of rice, bag of corn meal, beans, and filled their oil jugs. Some of the ladies live by themselves while others live with their children. They are so thankful for the food. This month we are thankful we had some extra one time donations so we could add beans again. The Haitian Gould to the US Dollar exchange rate has really hurt the program. If you would like to donate monthly to our program so we can add more ladies and continue to give beans please private message me or Jason. I just can’t express what a blessing it is to be around these ladies, pray for them and laugh with them. See more
We received a wonderful message this week from Renel who runs the Widows Food Program each month. Thank you for supporting this program! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello everyone. May God bless you for helping me in feeding these widows. The lady next to me in the picture accepted Jesus as her Savior yesterday and today is her birthday. It's a wonderful day for her.

Please pray for Haiti today.
Things could get worse today in Haiti.
I realize it's a long video but did he does a good job explaining the current unrest in Haiti. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAJAURz1QB0
Thank you to everyone that makes our school sponsorship program possible every year. You are having a tremendous impact on the lives of these children!
We are so grateful for the Carrolls and all they have done to expand Heart of God Haiti’s programs into new areas. Please continue to pray for them as they transition to this next phase of their lives where God is leading them.
It’s school sponsorship time again. There are no free public schools in Haiti. Many parents place their children in orphanages with the hope that they will get educated because they can’t afford the tuition. This is one of the ways we work to try and keep families together. If you are able to help, it would mean the world to a child and their family. Only $175 provides a year of education for a child in need. Thank you!!
Another thing that I love seeing up in the remote mountain villages. The men using pics together plowing the fields getting ready for planting.
Most people that don't visit the remote villages up in the mountains of Haiti will never see this. They store their corn up in a palm tree safe from rats and mice. I love finding hidden gems like this and seeing the people's ingenuity.
My Haitian partners made it in from Haiti. Thankfully they have their visas and could travel to the USA. It was very dangerous for them in PaP and they were cl...ose to being out of food and water. They will be staying with my family for the next couple of weeks. They are giving me a first hand account of the tragedy that is unfolding in Haiti. See more
