This Saturday, Nov 21, 4pm, we resume online Kundalini classes with an amazing collective of instructors including Sat Kriya Kaur, Dev Inder Kaur, Adriana Mendez and Kim Muncil. These instructors will be rotating amongst themselves to lead class and we're hoping to rebuild, re-energize and reconnect the Kundalini community at Heartspace, albeit online at this time. We look forward to the days when we can bring these classes back to our studio or outdoors but for now, we h...ope you can find time to join us on Saturday afternoons via Zoom. This Saturday, Sat Kriya Kaur will lead class. We will send out a Zoom meeting link to class an hour to 30 minutes prior to class so please try to register in advance. If you miss the class, let me know and I will send you the recording of the class. Adriana, Dev Inder, and Kim will lead class in the following weeks, in that order. Heartspace offers 24 live-stream online classes every week including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle and Restorative, Chair Yoga and beginning this weekend, Kundalini and Gentle Kripalu Yoga return to our weekly online schedule. We offer unlimited options for online classes including $75 for a month and $25 for a single week.
