Toni Smith starts her final in-person 4-week series of 2020 today, Tuesday Nov 17, at 4pm in Troy. We have a couple spots remaining and if interested please join us. We are renting out a room from our friends at Troy TRIP at 409 River Street where we have plenty of room and safe space to spread out. Please note, masks are required for class. Heartspace offers 24 live-stream online classes every week including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle and Restorative, Chair Yoga and beginning this weekend, Kundali...ni and Gentle Kripalu Yoga return to our weekly online schedule. We offer unlimited options for online classes including $75 for a month and $25 for a single week.
