It's Richmond County Fair time again. Its been suggested that the fair needs a Homemade jam and jelly vendor . So back to the kitchen I go .Limited selections this year but super fresh. Strawberry Rhubarb, Black& Blue, Peach Amaretto Pecan, Apple Butter and of course my spicy jellies too. See ya there

I miss you all and miss cooking the jam too. I've been semi- retired the past few months and I think I'll come out ONE DAY ONLY, September 16th to support Westerleigh Folk Festival.
