As we all know for years, bartenders have taken classic cocktails and reinvented the drinks in two ways- Firstly the modern palate and current needs of how we all are spoilt compared to what people had available 150 years ago. Secondly the expectations of consumers wanting something new and different. But one of the most popular drink which was innovated entirely for the medicinal purpose that hasn't evolved over time is Gin & Tonic. ...
