We know hunting season is starting soon, so we’ve brought in a few necessities to get you ready. We have two different options for grinders. One is a Stainless Steel construction, 0.87 HP, and comes with three spouts and two plates. The second has an Aluminum head, is 0.5 HP and comes with three plates as well as sausage stuffing tubes. We also have both freezer and butcher paper rolls in two different sizes, assorted cutting boards, and we’ve restocked our selection of kni...ves. As always, we do have gloves available. First things first, we want to let you know that we will be open on Memorial Day with limited hours from 9am-1pm, just in case you need anything last minute for the holiday. We have some big things going on that we've been looking forward to telling you about. As some of you know Buffalo Hotel Supply, our neighbor at the front of the building, has went out of business. We are in the process of moving into their space and are shooting for an opening date of June 1st. What's... great about this space, is it allows us to expand on things that we ran out of room for in our current location. Some of these things include, more cookie cutters, a larger variety of baking supplies, cake decorations, and for the restaurateur, a larger space for stainless steel tables, sinks, and equipment. With all of that being said, we are going to move the entirety of the store the 29th - 31st, and will need to operate with reduced hours on Friday the 29th from 9am-1pm and Closed Saturday the 30th. With all of this going on, we're going to need additional help in the store too. We are currently looking for a Part Time Sales Clerk. We are looking for someone to work about 20-30 hours per week that has flexibility during the hours of 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. We've attached a job description to this email to give you a better idea of what we're looking for. If you, or anyone you know is interested, please stop into the store and we would love to have a conversation about potential employment. We truly appreciate all of your support these past 3 years, and especially during these difficult times. Without all of your immense support, we wouldn't be able to make this move happen.
