Happy birthday to one of our most favorite people, @jabruzzo72 !! If you didn’t know, he is one of our longtime friends and one of the owners of @wameadwerks !! He is also the father to our beautiful niece, @hazel_the_mead_griff and the worlds greatest texter ... The meadery is right around the corner from us and we couldn’t be happier to be neighbors with this guy. Go grab a glass of mead today and cheers this guy for his birthday!

Thank you @newsdayfeedme for this mention! A reminder to all our friends, new and old: Reservations are not required- but, we VERY much recommend them...especially on Fridays and Saturdays. The last two weeks, we’ve been fully booked both nights by late afternoon that day. The early bird catches the Margarita! ... That being said, a reminder that unfortunately all reservation times are currently for an hour and a half seating. In order to comply with NYS law for these Covid times, we are only able to seat 6 tables- and while we would love for everyone to be able to sit and drink all night long, while we are under these capacity restrictions, this works best. You can call us during operational hours to reserve a table at 631-991-8999!

Two years ago, @hermanaskitchenandcocktails sat in a car in a Staples parking lot and signed a lease for the space you see if you swipe right. It was Thanksgiving and we had extra to cheers about that year One year ago, we’d have had what we *thought* was one of the most stressful years of our lives. Renovating the space was hard. We faced bumps and hurdles through most of the journey...but somehow, we made it. The three of us are always stronger together and with the h...elp of so many wonderful people, we opened shortly after New Years. Today, we have gratitude for not only the amazing souls that got us to that point- but all of the new ones who have enabled us to stay. Clearly, this past year has been full of ups and downs and tons of uncertainty. But at the end of the day, we can pop out the front door (or the back!) and see the wonderful people we are surrounded by. Neighboring businesses who are friends becoming family, new guests who are now familiar faces coming back again and again...all of YOU are the reason why we are still here; and for that, there is no amount of thank you’s that are enough. Cheers to all of you, and all the ones beyond the 20 person tag limit, that have been there for us in one way or another. We are forever thankful for you.
