We will begin our environmental and food justice writing journey with a series of eight weekly workshops, free and open to the public. Register here: https://forms.gle/dy1JXekh63KPvvk47 Six Saturday afternoon workshops will take place outdoors on the grounds of Mama farm, observing safe distancing while creating an intimate space for connection and sharing at a time when the sun beating down on the fields is beginning to lower, in the shade of the farm's B&B. ... We invite you to begin to shape your story and partake of the vibrant female energy of this entirely women run operation, where the producers are all female, from the founder and manager all the way down to the chickens and the bees. Two of the workshops will take place remotely, on the Saturdays of Mother’s Day and Memorial Day weekends, so that people can join us wherever they find themselves at those times. The workshops will be offered free of charge, although donations will be gratefully accepted.

LIVE NOW! We invite you to join us for a second evening of story shaping magic, hosted by Grace Ioannidis, the director of Suffolk County's Office of Women's Services and Mary Porter, the former Deputy Commissioner of Human Rights for Suffolk County. Enjoy readings by a woman who served in the army for 28 years under "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," our current deputy police commissioner, and a former county legislator. And then stay tuned while the magic begins.
