Easter is a sure sign of Spring and we couldn't be more excited to open this week on the 16th and show you what we have been working on!
In three weeks on April 16th we open our doors to the public! Behind the scenes we are stuffing our greenhouses to the brim with all of your favorite flowers, grasses, and plants. Our hanging baskets or large decorative pots are the perfect first plants of the season to take home because let's face it: this is WNY and they can me moved inside incase (or when) there are nights the temperature dips a bit low. Hope to see you Friday, April 16th for our opening days of the season!

Hi-Way Garden Center is looking to hire! We are looking for friendly outgoing people who like to work with their hands and don't mind getting a little dirty once in a while. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to work in warm conditions. Positions include stocking and maintaining plants, providing customer service, and to cashiering. Please come by our store between April 1 and April 16 to fill out an application in person.
Boston Ferns (AKA Sword Ferns) have a reputation of being hardy and easy to take care of. They are popular for interior decorating and in the warmer weather can thrive outside. Part of their popularity comes from their resilience and the fact that they can survive the winter inside with a little TLC. Hi-Way is currently growing 4k of these beautiful ferns for you to take home and enjoy in a hanging baskets this year & many years to come!
Until we’re out of inventory...
BOGO on 10 Hanging Baskets
Friday, June 19, 2020 is the day many of you have been waiting for.... our BOGO on our 10 hanging baskets begins!!
Tomorrow is the last day of Senior hours. Also, Saturday, June 13 is the last evening of the season that we will be open until 8:00 pm. Beginning Sunday, June 14 we will be open daily 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
As spring continues and the state is reopening, we are making a few adjustments. Curbside orders postmarked after 5/27/2020 will not be filled. While the curbside pickup service was something we were happy to do, and we enjoyed working with you on the phone to get your orders just right, we must focus those efforts on caring for our plants and preparing our retail store for the week’s ahead. Further as our inventory on certain items runs out it is difficult to communicate cur...rent inventory effectively for curbside pick-up orders. We are open for retail every day of the week through October. We hope to see you in the garden center soon!
Closing early at 6:00 pm today in observance of Memorial Day.
Let’s make the switch to growing plants!
I did the pick up option they offered this year and it was fabulous. Super Easy and Safe. The staff I talked to on the phone were polite and knowledgeable. As I... waited for my pick up I noticed they had a staff member at the door wiping carts down and everyone had masks. Great Job Hi-Way garden center bringing us all our plants to brighten our day while doing it safely. I have been getting all my garden supplies here for years and will continue to See more
