The High Falls Food Co-Op would like to show gratitude to those that are too often forgotten: indigenous people. Thanksgiving is a holiday that for centuries has been etched into American history with a false narrative which continues to violently oppress and keep silent the story and hardships of natives. In accordance with our work as a food provider, we will be donating 1% of all sales today to the Native American Food Sovereignty Alliance. Hey Co-Op Community! We have some important updates for you: In regards to curbside orders, any order placed after 5pm today may not be filled by end of day Wednesday. We are closed on Thanksgiving day. On Wednesday (11/25), we are open regular business hours 8am-7pm! We care about the health of our shoppers and staff. We regularly sanitize all touch points such as doors, handles, carts, and countertops. We are taking extra precautions during the busy holiday seaso...n. There is hand sanitizer near the entrance of the store and gloves available for shoppers. Reminder: Masks are required by all shoppers and the store is limiting shoppers to 6 at a time. Please be aware of social distancing and do your best to maintain 6ft distance between other shoppers.
