Drivers license You must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record. 3. You must be Dependable, Reliable, have a Good Attitude & High Energy. Highland Contractors will provide you 1. A Fully Stocked company truck with Power Tools/Siding brake and support materials 2. Highland Logo Gear- Shirts, Jacket, Hats, Hoodies 3. Training What are the pay and benefits offered? 1. Starting Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour Depending on experience and capabilities. Bi-Annual performance reviews will allow you the opportunity to make your case for pay increases. 2.
