Our Registered Nurses (RN) help clients who are managing complex medical needs or conditions. They are responsible for providing direct skilled nursing services to patients, and performing shift and private duty nursing services. Additionally, RNs also plan, coordinate, provide, and evaluate direct nursing services to patients and their families in accordance with professional practice act and Agency policy. Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) provide skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with the plan of care. The LPN provides services in accordance with the Agency policies, prepares clinical progress notes, assists the registered nurse in performing specialized procedures, prepares equipment and materials for treatments observing aseptic technique as required, and assists the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques. Our team of experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) provide services to assist the client with improving and maintaining a healthy and safe environment. They provide personal care, home management, and other related home health supportive services in order to assist the individual to continue living in their home environment when there are disruptions due to illness, disability, social disadvantage or other problems in the home.
