We are so happy to be welcoming visitors back to our Hilton East community beginning Sunday, September 27th! All visitors must agree to be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to resident access. The screening will consist of: A completed COVID-19 screening questionnaire... Hand sanitation Temperature is taken and logged Signed acknowledgment for Hilton East’s Policy on Visitation during COVID-19 Please call 585-392-7171 for more information. Dear families and friends of Hilton East, Thank you for your patience while we developed a visitation policy. Hilton East will allow visits beginning Tuesday August 11, 2020. Visitations will be limited to 1/2 hour per visit during the hours of 1pm-8pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Space is limited so it will be on a first come first serve basis. There is a limit of 2 people per visit. In order to keep our community safe,visitors must adhere to policies and guidelines while in the facility.

To the Hilton East Community. We are working on a visitation policy to ensure the safety of our residents and staff. Until the policy is completed visitors will not be permitted. Thank you for being supportive and patient. The policy will be posted and sent out to each residents primary contact. Families will be asked to share the policy with those who wish to visit. Again thank you and we hope to see you soon!

My Mom is the sweetest person I know, and one of the nicest so I'm told. Even though she sometimes must scold, we know she loves us, with all her heart and sould. You can look everywhere, far and wide but they don't come any better than MY Mom. I would like to say to her today, I love you Mom in every way....
