Outdoor class times for August! - Our app is currently down and our website is in the process of getting a bit of a facelift. We are cutting off sign ups 60 minutes before the start of class (for the 6am classes, please try and register the night before). We need time to sanitize and get the equipment ready for class! New Week, New Class Times - Thank you to everyone for coming to our classes the past 2 weeks. We can't tell you how much it means to us!-Please continue supporting our awesome trainers and staff as they begin to take over the classes in August. We are all very excited to get back to giving you the best classes we can and get back into the swing of things!With that being said,Saturday 8/1 will begin the August class schedule so be sure to keep your eyes peeled in the coming days for more classes and times-Remember to call us at (716) 625-4483 to reserve your spot in class. Join us for more fun in the sun this week and stay tuned for updates as we will continue to add classes each week - We are also looking to hold our Rejuvenation class with @diannemyers (outdoor) for your kiddos on Tuesday 7/28, and Thursday 7/30 at 9:30 AM as well as Saturday 8/1 at 10:30 AM. This is a great time to get your kids motivated and active as Dianne also helps with socialization, stress management, and cognitive ability!
