Really, there are a lot of international holidays we should celebrate more widely in America. Dyngus Day has been making a play, especially locally. But today i...s the dragon boat festival, and you don't even need a boat to celebrate. All you need are these delicious glutinous rice dumplings. Do you know my favorite kind of lunch? The two hour lunch. The lunch that's not just a meal, but also an event. I used to do a bunch of these back in my advert...ising days. And while sitting around a table with fourteen members of your extended family has a different feel, it was no less of an event. Maybe it was even more of an event, given the parade of dim sum, noodles, congee, vegetables, and fish we enjoyed at Hong Kong Bakery & Bistro this weekend.
