**Announcement: Les is Retiring! Hollyloft will be closing on December 24th, 2020. Please plan your purchasing accordingly. All sales will be final.*** Outside is Safer- Here is our inside access statement: Hollyloft has many small, quaint rooms and spaces: so shopping is just going to be different this season!... For the safety of our Staff and Customers, we are implementing following: *PERSONAL SHOPPING CONSULTATIONS: you will be invited in by a Hollyloft Salesperson to help efficiently find your needed items and gear. We ask only the family members who are being fitted for clothing and gear join the consultations. Access will be granted first come, first serve based on availability. *If the parking lot is currently full, so is our shop. Please wait accordingly. *We will limit inside access to 10 CUSTOMERS MAX. *Masks will be required to be worn at all times (covering both nose and mouth). No exceptions. If you need curbside service, we are happy to help! *Cleaning will be increased on all touch areas, and hand sanitizer applications will be required of all customers. *whew!* Onto the fun stuff! And the moment you’ve all been waiting for Thanks to Mother Nature’s cold temperatures and our world-class snowmaking technology, the 2020-21 Holiday Valley w...inter season will begin on Thursday morning, December 10th, 2020! At this time we plan to have at least 4 slopes open, daytime only. We will begin night operations on Friday. Beginner, intermediate and advanced terrain will be available. The exact opening time and specific slopes and lifts will be announced later. While we all share the same level of excitement to get on the hill, this season it’s up to all of us to be smart, safe and thoughtful so we can keep the stoke alive. Here are some key points to remember: BUY EARLY - Book your tickets online at least 14 days in advance to save money and secure your spot. We may limit ticket sales on busier days or ask you to return in the evening. Some days you may not be able to buy at the ticket window. Buy early online, or guarantee your spot when you purchase a Classic Season or Ultimate Pass. MASK UP - We’re asking that you wear your mask at all times unless seated inside while eating/drinking or actively skiing or snowboarding. This will help limit exposure to your fellow winter lovers and our employees. Cloth masks and gaiters will be available for purchase in the HV Mountain Shops. LIMIT THE LODGE - To limit the number of people inside the lodges, we’re asking that you get ready to rip at your vehicle. Our lodges should be used more as warming huts - we’ll have entry/exit points, grab & go meals and lockers for your bags. Unattended bags, crockpots and alcohol will not be allowed this season. We ask that you don’t bring anyone that isn’t skiing or snowboarding, as they won’t be allowed to sit in the lodge. SNOWCIAL DISTANCE - Much like when we're on the hill, you should plan to keep your distance from other winter lovers. This includes in the lift lines, lodges and at the top of the hill. You may ride up the lift with members of your party, or single riders can ride with other singles. You may ride alone if you wish. Air high fives are encouraged. LESSON THE LOAD - Lessons will be available at Creekside, but we strongly encourage you to book in advance online. Advance reservations are required for private lessons and for anyone under the age of 6. Our world-class instructors and all lesson participants will be wearing masks at all times, and parents are allowed to accompany children under 5 at their lessons. Class sizes will be limited to 10 adults or 6 children. Control your experience with a morning or all day family private lesson. Snowsports will offer day Private Lessons and day Beginner lessons ONLY through Dec. 18. Normal day lesson schedule will begin December 19th as well as all seasonal programs. Night lessons will begin December 21st. Listen, it’s been a year. We are so excited to get on the hill and we know you are too. We want YOU to be the reason we can maintain our season! Wear your mask, limit your time inside, wash your hands frequently and let’s all do our part to maintain a successful season.
