Updated to add: Dr said he reviewed my chart (I have been prepping and training for almost 2 years now!) and that he couldn’t be happier with my #progress and #results #postsurgery that I did everything I possibly could have to restore muscle function before the surgery SO now healing is going well (shout-out to my trainer Valerie Hollister) & I can lift my babies YaY (have been on a lifting restriction for 7 weeeksss)...
