Today, we were able to celebrate the partnerships that create homeownership opportunities in our community. Rivquah Caldwell recently purchased her first home in the City of #Schenectady. Ms. Caldwell completed the Homebuyer Education Workshop through Better Community Neighborhoods (BCNI) and was approved for $10,000 in down payment assistance through the City’s First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program. On behalf of the City we extend our congratulations to Ms. Caldwell and her family.
