Hugo Presses Pause ..... Since we opened our doors in 2016, we have prided ourselves on providing our guests stellar service and a true NYC experience. A home away from home where you can explore all that our great city has to offer. We are all experiencing the effects of the current global crisis. Our hearts go out to those being personally impacted. To all of the healthcare workers on the front lines, we send you a whole hearted thank you for your hard work and your sacr...ifices. Due to Governor Cuomo’s mandates and global travel restrictions, we have made the tough decision to temporarily close our doors. The well-being of our guests, neighbors, and employees is always and will always be our top priority. As soon as we have a reopening date, we will update our website, stay tuned. We are all looking forward to the days when travel, human interactions and experiences are one of the most positive and encouraged parts of life.
