Happy Sunday Westchester yogis past & present! I'm going to attend the screening of Ram Das's current documentary Going Home, on February 7th. It would be fun to meet there & see it together! There will be a Q & A afterwards with Krishna Das. February 7th, 7:30pm.

So excited to be teaching at Secrets Papagayo, in Costa Rica this week! 8:00-8:45 on beach by main pool & 9:00-9:30am in spa pool

I will be teaching at Big Buddha Yoga & Barre in Quogue this July & August! Beginning July 9th class times will be Sundays 11-12:15pm, Mondays 8:15-9:30am & Sundays 11-12:15pm. Come visit me!

I will also be teaching yoga this Thursday at NYMC 5:30-6:30pm. That will be my last class for this school year. It's been another great year of practicing together. I'm so grateful to be able to share my knowledge of yoga & meditation with each of you. I love our new Wellness Center. Hope to see you this week!
