A few things to note before we send out the RSVP link for this week: Please keep us updated if your RSVP changes in any way. Though our capacity has technically increased, we need to plan out seating so we can have social distancing between family units while also maximizing the space. This is a very challenging and thoughtful effort and we are relying on the RSVP responses to coordinate seating. We need use of every seat, so if you must cancel please let us know before Sunda...y morning. Please also understand that due to the space challenges, we have to make adjustments to our RSVP process. You may be able to RSVP on the link, but you may be told that you have been added to a wait list. We will be planning the seating arrangement in order of the RSVP, and will do our best to fit as many as possible. This makes updating us on numbers all the more important for the sake of those on the wait list. Thank you so much for your cooperation in this. Watch this video for important information you need to know before coming to service in person! 1. We will be sending out an RSVP link for every service we will be having. Due to CDC restrictions, we have a limit to how many people can be in our sanctuary at one time so you MUST RSVP to reserve your seat(s) while they are still available. 2. If we have reached our limit for that particular Sunday, or if you are not ready to return in person, you can still watch our service l...ive at hvfc.org/live (not via Facebook anymore) on Sunday at 10:30 am. Please note that at this time we do not have plans to post the service afterwards, so you don't want to miss our start time. Please help us spread the word so everyone will know how to watch with us! If you are coming in person: 1. Bring a mask with you. You will not be required to wear a mask throughout the service, but you must have a mask to wear if there is a moment when social distancing (6 ft. apart) is not possible. 2. Enter through the Lester Hall entrance (downstairs entrance) if you arrive before 10:30 am. If you arrive after 10:30 am, you may use the upstairs entrance. Ushers will be there to guide you. 3. When you enter, please wait for an usher to show you your seats. You will be seated with your household. 4. You children must remain with you at all times. 5. Please do not gather or socialize in the foyer as this is a small space and only a few may be in this area at one time. 6. More instructions will be given to you upon arrival.

The sanctuary might look a *tad* different the next time you see it!! Exciting things are happening at HVFC and we can’t wait for you guys to see! Our grand re-opening service was fully booked in MINUTES (apparently you guys are as excited as we are), but if you didn’t get to reserve a seat, you can still watch our service live!
