I am so grateful for the collaboration between Hudson Headwaters Health Network and Health Foundation and Glens Falls Hospital, so I can continue to provide hos...pital-based Palliative Care to our community through GFH. I had a whole lot of new things this week -- new team, office, phone, documentation,..... But the character and importance of this service remains the same. I am proud to be part of that. Gathering virtually or with the people you live with is the safest way to celebrate the Super Bowl this year. Try these ideas for a virtual celebration: Wear ...clothing or decorate your home with your favorite team’s logo or colors. Make appetizers or snacks with the people you live with to enjoy while watching the game. Start a text group to chat about the game while watching.
