Many people yet don’t know what is yoga means. Yoga is an ancient Science developed by ancient Sages who watched the different movements, shapes, positions of animals, birds, and other living things. They also watched the shapes and positions of non-living objects like bows, arrows, bridges, etc. Then they started studying the effects and results of each and every poses. For example, Cow Pose, that helps to calm our mind. Lion pose, Bridge Pose, Peacock Pose, Tree Pose, Croco...dile Pose, Bridge Pose, Chlid Pose, Lotus Pose, Cobra Pose, you name it. According to the Vedas there are 8 million 4hundred thousand different poses and its variations. Even though the origin of humans, believed to be started in East Africa, they slowly moved to South Asia, mainly the surroundings of the Himalayas, from there the Great Sages started to think about the Science of Yoga. A real Yogi is mentally and physically a powerful person. They could even see the so-called God, the Creator of heaven and earth, face to face. Their minds are so powerful which ordinary people can’t even think or imagine. I met such a powerful person, Swami Bua, who lived more than 120 years. You could see him Facebook, or you could Google Him, and you could see the testimonials of different people who met him. Swami Bua was one of the most powerful human beings who lived in this world .

For the last 60 plus years I was searching for the importance of Yoga, and finally I was able to find out the power of Yoga and how it helps the humans to fix our body and mind. Not only that, if practice properly, it helps to make us happy. After all , happiness is the ultimate goal of yoga. On this 2019 International Yoga Day, I wish all Yogis and YOGINIS a Happy and Blessed Day. Those who are really interested to learn Yoga just watch the movements and different positions of the children under age 3, and practice it in your every day life. That's all you wanted to do. To learn advanced Yoga you may have to consult an experienced Yoga professional, or you can even watch the internet and practice it on your own.This is my advise to all yoga aspirants.
