Well that didn't take long.. Shortly after loosing the Big Box Red Junk Franchise in the market after an unsuccessful run. Now enters a New Big Box Franchise L...ime Green in color . So now the (3) Big Box Franchise colors are Blue , Camo and Lime Green . Of coarse comes with it is another carefully crafted corporate mantra on how they do junk removal differently than others. They'll spend tons of money on Google to buy their way to the top of search results trying to push the locals to the bottom in searches. You'll still be directed to a national 800 # for service , asked the same routine canned redundant questions by someone from out of state. Follow up from a previous post after receiving (3) calls from customers hung out to dry and left hanging by Junk King Corporate... There is NO longer any local ...representative of the Junk King Franchise in the Capital District to Book or Complete a scheduled Junk Removal . Yet their Corporate 888 # is still accepting booked appointments with the earliest being July 1, 2020 knowing full well there is no possibility of that being realistic. So if your making plans for moving , home sales , closings or downsizing beware.
