On October 18th, 2020 at 2:15 a.m., Ilion Police arrested Jacob S. Johnson (26) of Marcy NY and charged him with the following: - Driving While Intoxicated - Misdemeanor - Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .08 of 1% or Higher - Felony - Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC of .18 of 1 Percent or Higher - Misdemeanor... - Failure to Comply with a Lawful Order - Infraction - Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree - Misdemeanor - Resisting Arrest - Misdemeanor - And other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations Johnson was issued uniform traffic tickets and appearance tickets and released to a third party. Johnson is scheduled to appear in the Village of Ilion Court at a later date and time.
