Impeccably Done

If you haven’t been in the Skaneateles Bakery yet today - add it to your list! I just completed an installation of plants and images this morning that brings nature to the bakery’s doorstep! Following the new movement of Biophilic Design the installation transforms the bakery into a natural oasis of lush greenery and scenic natural vistas as you chat with friends and partake in all the bakery’s yummy goodness!

I just returned from a fun trip to the Boston Design Showrooms and Along the way I made some great discoveries I would love to share with you! 1) Hotel North in Pittsfield, MA Great hotel, great location and such a cute little town with fun eclectic shops and lots to offer. Also about 1/2 way to downtown Boston - so a good stop to break up the drive! 2) Cardamom and Vanilla are now my two favorite flavors to combine in my latte - taste sensation al a "Dottie's Coffee Lounge"... 3) When you design a custom rug there are SERIOUSLY no limits to the colors you can choose from and since I am a "Serious Color Girl" - this was a design mecca for me! 4) When the nice showroom associate disappears in the back to gather that lovely sample of your new favorite thing - there really is a warehouse behind that door! 5) I am fabulously lucky to do what I do for a living : ) See more
