Hey everyone. It's been a crazy couple of months! (insert anxious laughter here). We have been doing everything we can to keep bookings moving steadily albeit slowly. Kristen and myself want to thank everyone for their support, and for their understanding with all the new rules and limitations. As we go into the holidays, we are seeing a massive rise in covid cases close to home; And we thought it would be a good time to update everyone on our policies. - we are still a pr...ivate studio, which means you will need to contact us before coming in so we can accommodate you safely. - masks, and clean bills of health are still required. -We also ask that if you are in any way related to a quarantine order that you please inform us. We would rather reschedule you to a later date, than have to close the shop and reschedule everyone. (they would appreciate it as well) - if you have been waiting a long time to get in and we haven't contacted you, and you are still interested; feel free to reach out on messenger so we can make sure our lists are up to date. A lot of requests from us to book are out there and we are waiting for replies to move down the list, so be sure to check your messages. Finally we are looking at the trends of hotspots in the area and statewide and in preparation for potential lockdown orders we will be closing the books for up to 2 weeks following Thanksgiving while we see how the surges affect NYS businesses. ATTENTION: INFO ABOUT UPCOMING BOOKINGS FOR PORTER! PLEASE READ TO THE END. Thank you to everyone we talked with over the last couple weeks for all of your support and especially for your patience. Kristen and I appreciate all of you and the adjustments you've made to work with our new routine. It has been a daunting experience since reopening. We have been doing what we can to keep up with the same level of care and attention that our customers are used to, while also incr...easing our diligence with Covid. Our private studio policy is still in effect, as are the mask requirements, and altered scheduling. I have spent weeks knocking out the backlog of rescheduled appointments, and it is finally time to open up my side of the wait list. !!! IF YOU ARE ON THE WAIT LIST FOR PORTER OR UNDECIDED: Please be patient, starting this week I will be contacting each person, IN ORDER. I will message chunks of the list fill the spots then move on to the next chunk. DO NOT message us to check on your place in the list. I WILL CONTACT YOU. Once you have been contacted you will need to choose a way to pay your deposit(preferably through PayPal or Square). Due to the high demand for spots and the high risk of last second cancellations and no shows, we have found it necessary to increase our deposit amounts. From now on, for both Kristen and myself it will be: 40$ to book a smaller session(30 minutes-1 hour) 80$ to book a medium appointment(1.5 hours to 2 hours) 100$ to book a full 2.5 -3 hour sitting. Those wanting to book a full day of tattooing will be quoted a price and should expect to pay 50% upfront.
