NEW flavor alert! For the past couple of weeks, we’ve had the joy of experimenting with new soft serve flavors & combinations... Currently, it’s Jasmine Green Tea with Honey’d Ginger Crumble & Lemon Zest. ... Our tea is from @inpursuitoftea sourced from the Fujian Province in China. Fresh, spring-picked green tea (silvery bud & tender young leaves) is individually rolled by hand and dried amid jasmine flowers to absorb the intense scent. The pearls are intermingled with night blooming jasmine over a period of five to seven sensual evenings, which is when most of the flowers’ essential oils are released COME & TASTE! @ Insa
