Due to our success we have added a new office location at 43-49 10th St. Suite 404-C, Long Island City, NY 11101. While walking around by my office on the day I signed my lease , next door I came across an artist working on this project on the sidewalk. It’s almost done . You can see the quality of the work. What I like about my new area is the variety of businesses and experiences within a small area near me. You have a large bakery, an artist and offices of varying types all on one block. I am a couple blocks from the Queensboro Bridge and I can see the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings from my block. A friend went to a holiday party recently and there was a contest. There were 3 groups. Each group designated who Santa would be in that group. Each group was given a bag with colored paper, scotch tape and a scissor. Each group had 2 Christmas songs length of time to dress their Santa with only the supplies in the bag. The crowd then judged by clapping which Santa looked best. The one on the right won. I wrote this article in 2015. It got 541 views since then. The phone rings. I answer it. The person on the other end asks, " How much do you charge?". I ask , " What type of service are you looking for?". They begin to tell me part of a long story basically stating they suspect their partner is cheating and how they came to this conclusion. I tell them that what they are asking for is surveillance. I tell them the price and suggest we meet to discuss this in more detail. That... is how 90% of my calls start. What the person on the other end of the phone really wants is to know the truth. They want to resolve a difficult situation in their life. They are tired of being lied to and disrespected by the other person and want to know where they stand in the relationship. Do they still love me or not? That is really the question. Private investigations are about finding out answers...the truth. Private Investigators are really the middle man (or woman) in a relationship, claim or conflict. They gather the information needed for a person to make a decision or settlement and then go on with their life in peace and happiness. Private Investigators are the impartial, objective "eyes" that can offer answers where there are questions and doubts. Often times, the job takes on aspects of being a "Therapist". People sometimes just want to be heard. They have things on their mind they can't tell friends or relatives. They know what they are saying is private and prefer talking with someone who isn't part of their normal life. This is the hidden benefit of hiring a PI. Many feel better getting this shoulder to cry on. You won't see this advertised on PI websites and only the good quality, successful Investigators know this little secret. I have been hired many times with people saying things like, "I just liked the sound of your voice.", "You seemed to care about my situation." or "You were so compassionate." The truth is that people hire Private Investigators based on who they connect with to solve their problem. I work as a PI for two reasons. First, it pays the bills. The second and real reason is that I helped a person get through a difficult time in their life and that makes me feel like I have done something meaningful. The clients don't realize that they are my therapy by letting me solve their problems. The client gets resolution in their life. Each party benefits from the other in the interaction. A husband hired a private investigator to install a GPS tracker on his wife's work vehicle with the onset of gaining evidence and leverage for divorce proceedings.... The GPS tracker enabled him to reveal that she was in fact having an affair. NEW YORK -- The suspect in Tuesday's terrorist attack in lower Manhattan bragged to police about the deadly attack from his hospital bed, saying he would have continued the attack had he not crashed into a school bus. Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, 29, told police he is pleased with his actions and is unapologetic for the attack, which killed 8 people and injured at least 11. Sources tell CBS News he made "no bones" about what he did. Investigators also discovered 10 to 15 pieces of paper with writing in Arabic praising the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. One note said "ISIS will endure," sources say. Police also recovered knives at the scene. Saipov was allegedly driving a Home Depot rental truck when he drove onto a bike lane along Manhattan's West Side Highway. He drove for several blocks before slamming into a school bus and coming to a stop. Police say he exited the vehicle and shouted "God is great" in Arabic before being shot by police and taken into custody. Saipov is a native of Uzbekistan and entered the U.S. via the green card lottery in 2010. He worked as a truck driver and had addresses in both New Jersey and Tampa, Florida.
